Chris Temple - The Water ChemistManaging Director and Founder
Qualified NZCS Chemist Chris Temple founded Temple Water Technologies to provide rural NZ with the highest standard of scientifically engineered water treatment. With over 30 years of experience in filtration and water treatment, Chris continues to oversee all aspects including testing, design, assembly and installation of each system. Outside of work Chris enjoys building and testing his own rockets and has even developed his own gunpowder!
Robyn LonsdaleGeneral Manager
As General Manager, Robyn oversees the day-to-day administrative operations and financial control at Temple Water HQ. With a background in banking, Robyn brings a high level of professionalism to her role and has been instrumental in developing sound processes and systems within the business. Outside of work Robyn is a part-time artistic director, guiding her 8 grandchildren who are all learning various musical instruments.
Our Valuable Team Members
Arran’s role sees him applying his strong technical abilities across the manufacturing, assembly, installation and servicing of water treatment systems. Whether he’s in our workshop or out in the field, Arran’s high attention to detail ensures our systems perform to the highest standard. Outside of work you’ll find Arran and his son dropping fishing lines off the side of their kayaks.
James SmithMarketing Manager
As our Marketing Manager, James is responsible for all things ‘marketing’ at Temple Water. From developing our strategic marketing plan to creating our branding and website, James works closely with the rest of the management team to help grow the business. A father of two busy young boys, James can often be found sitting in a dark movie theatre by himself as he takes a breather!
Jeff CameronNorth Waikato Satellite Owner/Director
Jeff has recently joined the team. He brings a wealth of varied experience to the mix including 20 years of dairy farming around the Waikato and Taranaki provinces. He has also managed two large companies in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty so is perfect to head the North Waikato Satellite of Temple Water Technologies. A family man who enjoys fishing and the outdoors.
A registered electrical inspector with a degree in electrical engineering, Geoff services the Taranaki region and is involved in everything from installation to annual check ups and ongoing servicing of our systems. With a background in dairy farming, Geoff has a customer centric approach to everything he does. Outside of work, Geoff and his wife enjoy traveling abroad and meeting people from different cultures.
With a background as an electrician specializing in water pumps, Ralph handles installations and servicing of our water treatment systems throughout the Waikato and enjoys getting to know our customers during his annual check up visits. Outside of work Ralph collects Minis and currently has twelve in his collection including a 1963 classic. Ralph says the collection is currently on hold until he finds a bigger shed!
Carmel CrossAdministration Assistant
Carmel is our expert multi-tasker here in the office, assisting with everything from quote generation and orders to accounts and even I.T. support. Carmel is also our main contact for customer service and is often on the phone with customers and suppliers. If looking after her toddler wasn’t exercise enough, Carmel can be found bike-riding or at a Pilates class during her spare time.
Coral MayorAccounts Clerk
Coral is our expert Accounts Clerk and brings over 30 years of book keeping experience to her role. With 17 years spent in Australia working for large Civil and Building firms, if there’s anything Coral doesn’t know about keeping records – it isn’t worth knowing! In her spare time, Coral enjoys her reading as well as visiting her daughter. Oh, and she hates having her photo taken!
